Central Christian College of Kansas is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Brubacher as Director of Enrollment, effective September 21, 2026.
Brubacher brings nearly two decades of experience in Christian higher education, with a background spanning enrollment management, financial aid, athletics, and institutional planning. He most recently served as Dean of Enrollment Management at Tabor College, where he led admissions and financial aid professionals and helped achieve record freshman enrollment in fall 2025 and record graduate enrollment in spring 2026.
“Grant brings both extensive experience in enrollment management and a personal faith that aligns with Central’s mission,” said President Favara. “He shares our conviction that enrollment is an opportunity to connect students with a community where they can grow academically, deepen their faith, and develop the character to serve others. His background in recruitment, financial aid, and athletics equips him to help students and families navigate that important decision. We are excited to welcome a leader who embraces our mission of Christ-Centered Education for Character and brings the experience to help extend its reach.”
In his new role, Brubacher will lead the College’s enrollment efforts, working with campus partners to strengthen recruitment, build relationships with prospective students and families, and support students throughout the enrollment process.
His previous roles include Assistant Athletic Director, Special Adviser to the Executive Vice President of Operations, Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Head Men’s Soccer Coach. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Tabor College.
