Central Christian College of Kansas invites applications for an inaugural Instructor of Manufacturing, a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a hands-on, industry-aligned manufacturing program within a Christ-centered academic community. This founding role is designed for a practitioner-educator who understands that technical competence and character formation go hand in hand. The successful candidate will teach across manufacturing coursework, support curriculum and lab development, and help build class-to-career pathways through work-based learning and strong industry partnerships. We seek an individual with strong industry or teaching experience in manufacturing or a related field, who approaches teaching and practice from a Christ-centered perspective—demonstrating a commitment to mentorship, ethical formation, and professional excellence within the discipline. The Accounting Clerk position supports the financial operations of Central Christian College of Kansas by performing professional-level accounting work that promotes accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and sound stewardship of institutional resources. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling bank, investment, restricted, and designated fund accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. The position also supports accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing vendor invoices, verifying proper approvals and account coding, preparing payments, recording cash receipts, and resolving discrepancies. In addition, the Accounting Clerk assists with financial reporting, audit preparation, regulatory and tax-related reporting, internal control processes, and documentation of accounting procedures. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and accounting systems, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant accounting experience preferred, and demonstrate a clear commitment to the mission, values, and Christ-centered educational purpose of Central Christian College of Kansas. This full-time, 12-month position is located in McPherson, Kansas and serves as a key member of the Business Office.
Central Christian College is seeking an Enrollment Director. The Enrollment Director oversees the integrated strategy for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment, admissions, yield, and retention strategies. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, data analytics, CRM optimization, partner relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration with admissions, financial aid, marketing, academic departments, and student success teams. The Director is accountable for enrollment forecasting, budget management, process improvement, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with institutional goals for headcount, revenue, and retention.
The Golf Graduate Assistant position supports all facets of the men’s and women’s golf programs, including coaching, recruiting, player development, academic monitoring, spiritual mentorship, tournament preparation, travel coordination, and administrative support. Designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree and seeking hands-on experience in collegiate coaching or athletic administration, the role involves assisting with practices and training sessions, providing individual instruction, supporting recruitment and campus visits, monitoring student-athlete progress, and helping cultivate a team culture marked by faith, integrity, servant leadership, and excellence. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, be accepted into and maintain good standing in a graduate program at Central Christian College of Kansas, and demonstrate a commitment to the mission, values, and faith expectations of the College. The position reports to the Head Golf Coach and offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a full graduate tuition waiver, campus housing, seven meals per week, a monthly stipend, hands-on coaching experience with NAIA men’s and women’s golf programs, and professional development opportunities within collegiate athletics.
The Graduate Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach position supports all facets of the men’s volleyball program, including recruiting, player development, practice planning, match preparation, student-athlete mentoring, and administrative coordination. Designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree and seeking hands-on collegiate coaching experience, the role involves assisting with practices, conditioning programs, competitive events, recruitment planning, roster development, and compliance with NAIA and NCCAA regulations. The position also includes discipling and mentoring student-athletes in alignment with the mission and values of Central Christian College of Kansas, promoting the program to prospective students, alumni, parents, and the broader community, and contributing positively to the overall Athletics Department. This part-time, 12-month position reports to the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach and Athletic Director.
Central Christian College of Kansas invites applications for a full-time Athletic Trainer to serve within the Department of Athletics in McPherson, Kansas. This role provides preventive care, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and wellness support for student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics. The Athletic Trainer will work closely with coaches, physicians, staff, and students to promote health and safety, maintain medical documentation, manage athletic training supplies and equipment, and support the overall mission of the College. Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, be BOC certified, hold or be eligible for Kansas licensure, and be CPR/AED certified. The ideal candidate will bring experience in collegiate athletics, strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a clear, consistent Christian faith aligned with CCCK’s Christ-centered mission and values.
