Human Resource Management at Central Christian College of Kansas prepares students to lead, support, and develop people within organizations. This program equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and organizational culture.

Students gain practical experience in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment law, while learning how to align human resources strategies with organizational goals. Emphasis is placed on communication, leadership, and ethical decision-making in the workplace.
