Central Christian College of Kansas invites applications for an inaugural Instructor of Manufacturing, a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a hands-on, industry-aligned manufacturing program within a Christ-centered academic community. This founding role is designed for a practitioner-educator who understands that technical competence and character formation go hand in hand. The successful candidate will teach across manufacturing coursework, support curriculum and lab development, and help build class-to-career pathways through work-based learning and strong industry partnerships. We seek an individual with strong industry or teaching experience in manufacturing or a related field, who approaches teaching and practice from a Christ-centered perspective—demonstrating a commitment to mentorship, ethical formation, and professional excellence within the discipline. Central Christian College of Kansas invites applications for the position of Accountant. This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position within the Business Office that supports the daily financial operations of the College through professional accounting practice, compliance oversight, and accurate financial reporting. The Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the College’s financial systems and ensuring that accounting processes are timely, accurate, and compliant with institutional policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include supporting core accounting functions such as general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, restricted fund accounting, and month-end close processes. The position also assists with the preparation of internal financial reports, supports the annual audit, helps maintain internal controls, and collaborates with departments across campus to ensure responsible stewardship of institutional resources. Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration from an accredited institution and have a minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in higher education, nonprofit accounting, or fund accounting is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. Familiarity with federal compliance requirements, including financial aid and grant-related accounting, is also preferred. Successful candidates will exhibit sound professional judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. The Graduate Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach position supports all facets of the women’s volleyball program, including recruiting, player development, practice planning, match preparation, academic monitoring, and administrative coordination. Designed for individuals pursuing a graduate degree and seeking hands-on collegiate coaching experience, the role involves assisting with training sessions and competitions, supporting compliant recruitment efforts, mentoring student-athletes academically and personally, contributing to video analysis and scouting, and managing travel and equipment logistics. The position reports to the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach and offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes housing, a meal plan, a graduate tuition waiver, and a monthly stipend.
Central Christian College of Kansas seeks a highly motivated, spiritually mature individual to serve as the Golf Graduate Assistant for both the Men's and Women's Golf programs. This position provides aspiring coaches and athletic administrators with valuable experience in collegiate athletics while pursuing a graduate degree at Central Christian College. Acceptance into a graduate program at Central Christian College of Kansas is a mandatory condition of employment. Applicants must be admitted to and maintain good standing within a college graduate program to be eligible for this position. As a distinctly Christ-centered institution, Central Christian College is committed to developing students academically, athletically, and spiritually. The Golf Graduate Assistant will assist in all aspects of both golf programs, including coaching, recruiting, player development, academic oversight, spiritual mentorship, and administrative coordination while modeling Christ-like leadership. Essential Responsibilities Coaching and Player Development · Assist the Head Golf Coach with the daily operations of both the Men's and Women's Golf programs. · Help plan and conduct practices, training sessions, and team activities. · Provide individual instruction and support for skill development, course management, and competitive preparation. · Assist with tournament preparation, travel logistics, and tournament-day operations. · Monitor and evaluate player performance and contribute to the overall development of student-athletes. Recruiting · Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes for both programs. · Communicate regularly with prospective students, families, coaches, and counselors. · Coordinate and assist with campus visits and recruiting events. · Maintain recruiting databases and records in accordance with institutional and association guidelines. · Support the enrollment efforts of the College by helping prospective students navigate the admissions process. Academic Monitoring and Student Success · Monitor academic progress and class attendance of student-athletes. · Encourage academic excellence and personal accountability. · Coordinate with faculty and student support services to promote student success. · Assist student-athletes in balancing academic, athletic, and spiritual commitments. Christian Mentorship and Leadership · Demonstrate a vibrant personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to Biblical Christian principles. · Serve as a Christian mentor and role model for student-athletes. · Support team Bible studies, chapel participation, discipleship opportunities, and spiritual development initiatives. · Help cultivate a team culture characterized by faith, integrity, servant leadership, respect, and excellence. Administrative Coordination · Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, budgeting, equipment management, and team communications. · Support fundraising, alumni engagement, community outreach, and special events. · Complete additional duties as assigned by the Head Golf Coach and Athletic Department administration. Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. · Acceptance into a graduate program at Central Christian College of Kansas prior to the start of employment. · Ability to remain enrolled and in good academic standing within the graduate program throughout the appointment. · Demonstrated knowledge of golf and a desire to pursue a career in coaching, athletic administration, or higher education. · Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required. · Commitment to the mission, values, and faith expectations of Central Christian College of Kansas. Direct Supervisor: Physical Plant Director, CSOO Effective Date: As soon as position is filled Status: Full-time (12 months), hourly, non-exempt The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance of campus. This position includes many types of work from landscaping to electrical. Work may be performed inside or outside and requires the use of many different hand and power tools.
