The Paraprofessional program at Central Christian College of Kansas prepares students to serve alongside licensed teachers in K–12 classrooms, providing essential academic and behavioral support to diverse learners. This program equips students with practical skills in classroom management, instructional assistance, and individualized student support, helping create positive and effective learning environments.

Students gain hands-on experience working directly with children, supporting lesson implementation, reinforcing learning objectives, and assisting with special education and inclusive classroom practices. Emphasis is placed on communication, adaptability, and collaboration with teachers, students, and families.
