Bradbury School of Manufacturing and Innovation Welcomes Ben Epp as Manufacturing Technology Instructor

CCCK is pleased to announce the hiring of Benjamin Epp as our Lead Manufacturing Instructor for the Bradbury School of Manufacturing and Technology.

Benjamin brings extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, he has worked in areas including machining, fabrication, assembly, quality, product development, Lean manufacturing and process improvement. He currently serves as Research and Development Lead Engineer at Plastics Extrusion Machinery in McPherson, where he leads and coaches engineers and supports new products from design through manufacturing, testing and commissioning.

Prior to his current role, Benjamin served as Continuous Improvement Manager and New Product Development Lead Engineer at Plastics Extrusion Machinery (PEM). He has also held manufacturing and quality engineering positions, giving him experience with production-line development, problem solving, process improvement and working closely with both engineering and production teams.

Benjamin holds a Master of Engineering Management from Kansas State University, as well as degrees in engineering technology, design technology and machining technology.
