Central Christian College of Kansas’ Music Department sees music as a tool for worshiping God and edifying others. While performance excellence is expected, it must constantly be balanced with ministry-related goals. The mission of our department includes the development of music skills, music knowledge, and music appreciation all while embracing Christ-centered dynamics for involvement with community and culture.

The Bachelors of Science in Music program at Central Christian College of Kansas is intended for students who want to improve their musical talents, understanding, and appreciation while maintaining an evangelical Christian perspective. Church music ministry (traditional and modern), music instruction, professional/vocational performer, writer, studio musician, composer, and other opportunities for graduate studies are all possible career aspirations.
