The English Major offers studies in writing, detailed studies of literature, and introductory studies in modern literary theory all of which will engage students in exploring the relationships between literature and their faith in Jesus Christ. A full course of study in English enables students to interpret and synthesize complex information; competently and creatively communicate as well as employ adaptable research and problem-solving skills.
